This session will provide:

• Insight into skills and knowledge in STEM careers.

• Varied roles in STEM sectors.

• Conversations where students can have their questions answered.

Anna is a Qualification Engineer. Anna validates prototypes before the product reaches the manufacturer and customer. To validate a new product she has to do several tests. During the talk Anna will show some of them- Bump machines, EMC and vibration tests. Anna didn't choose a career in Engineering - she accidentally got interested in it! So you never know what may interest you! Before Anna worked in the factory, she got interested in building PCB boards, so she studied for an HNC and a degree in General Engineering.
