What do I need for the session?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. A cushion, chair, or cozy spot to lie down is perfect. A blanket or headphones may enhance your experience.

Will there be a recording available?

This is a live experience only, to ensure privacy.

Can I turn my camera off?

Yes! You’re welcome to keep your camera off and simply listen. This is your time to relax in the way that feels best.

What’s the benefit of block booking?

Can I ask questions after the session?

Led by a teacher with over 15 years of experience and 25 years as a dedicated mindfulness practitioner, this session integrates guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle body awareness practices. Inspired by the teachings of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, the session will encourage self-compassion, resilience, and a deeper connection to the present moment.
