Live Free Guided Mindfulness Session with Priya

With another national Lockdown, the need to connect is even greater. During this practice you will have the opportunity to feel part of an intimate group. The practice will allow your mind to settle and for your inner peace and wisdom to come through.
I will talk you through a profound 10 mins Mindfulness practice. All you have to do is listen and as I guide you through a practice.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is about having awareness of the present moment, with complete acceptance and non-judgement. You can practise Mindfulness by connecting with your body and surroundings. Benefits include better mental health, clearer thinking, enhanced relationships, a more positive outlook and more creativity - to name just a few.
