The UK's first ever virtual well-being festival - the 'Live life Well Weekender', ran from the 8th – 10th May 2020. Due to demand and popularity, organisers have decided to make this content available ON-DEMAND' for the duration of lockdowm.
The well-being community came together to launch the ‘Live Life Well Weekender’ - the UK’s first ever virtual well-being festival online, in response to COVID-19 and the current national lockdown, to help people better cope in these extraordinary times.
This three-day virtual festival provided a range of expert talks, workshops, events and resources, offering support, sparking discussions online, providing the practical tools people need to better cope with these challenging times.
With over 40 speakers from across the wellness industry including Dr. Sarah Jarvis, Dr. Dawn Harper, Dr. Radha Modgil, Dr. Aaron Balick, alongside mental health campaigner and speaker Natasha Devon, Jake Mills, comedian and performer Juliette Burton, anxiety speakers Josh Roberts and Rachel Kelly among many many more, this festival provided inspiring, education and practical talks and discussions that provided support and hope for many.
