You told us that you wanted a space to share ideas and learning for addressing equality diversity and inclusion in relation to engineering. So we have set it up.

The agenda is led by participants and supported by the Katalytik Team.

We hope you'll end the year with new ideas to address inclusion in engineering. Or maybe you want to connect and network. We'll be sharing facilitation activities we've been developing, and examples of simple ways to extend engagement. But essentially, the agenda will be set by participants using the 'Lean Coffee' approach.

Feel free to pass it along to a colleague.

Who will be there?

Our aim is to build a generous, warm, and collaborative community. Most of our workshop attendees in the past have been scientists and engineers, many also support their instituiton's Athena SWAN submissions. We'll share experiences and current up to date knowledge and reports.

How long?

Sessions are strictly an hour. Bring your lunch. Show up with your camera on, but you can turn it off if you need to munch!

The cost?

The Live Lounge Lunch is free. If there is a persistent no-show of delegates we'll put on a small charge.

Where will it be?

The lounge will be online and joining details will be sent the day before the event and then again on the morning.
