We're offering this relaxed and gentle opportunity to learn about or rekindle in you your deep capacity for caring for yourself, to take stock, and to build up your resilience.
This workshop will give you a different perspective on looking at your thinking patterns. We will learn more again about workplace stress: what it really is, what your role associated with stress is, and how you can cope with it.
This is an interactive workshop with activities that require participation. You will learn how to control your breathing, body, behaviour, and thoughts.
Our focus is:
- How can we stress less and focus on the present moment?
- How do we take control of our life?
- How do we look after ourselves?
Our guest facilitator is psychologist Eylul Meric Darendeli who has been running a similar workshop for Lifecraft, our community partners in Cambridge.
We have designed this workshop to suit the needs of CPFT colleagues, especially those working in clinical settings, but not exclusively so. So if you feel the need of it and the urge to join us - register now.
A free sandwich lunch will be provided by Chaplaincy before the session ends.
