IMPORTANT EVENT INFO BELOW - please read in advance!
• Doors open at 7pm, the show starts at 7.30pm

• Advance ticket purchase only, NO tickets on the door
• BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze!) - we have glasses, ice buckets & bottle openers, just ask at the bar

• The community Corner Cafe upstairs is usually open until 8.30pm for snacks, toasties and hot drinks - please consume anything you buy there upstairs, rather than in the music venue.

We look forward to seeing you there!
THE SEPTEMBER LINE-UP:
★ BEN RICHARDSON ★
Ben will be making an eagerly-anticipated return to the Cavern this September following his memorable debut in 2024.
A singer-songwriter from North-East England, Ben started making a name for himself on the grassroots music scene in London with his emotive live performances before going onto release the debut EP ‘Her Smile’ in August 2024.
Having released a second EP ‘Next to You’ in January, and his new EP ‘Daisy Blue’ set to be released later this summer, Ben will be returning with a brand-new set of genre-blurring songs for his September appearance.
★ VERO ★
Vero's third time performing at the Hanwell Cavern - amazing young talent from Ealing, the birthplace of British blues rock. Together with her three piece band, Vero loves to share the expressiveness of jazz, from the classic jazz standards, to today's new stars.
We're always delighted to welcome Vero back - a firm favourite at The Hanwell Cavern.
★ ELECTRICS ★
Electrics are a West London band blending punk, garage rock and post-punk experimentation. Formed in the early 2010s, the group features Alan Blizzard (guitar/vocals), Jenny Lane (bass/Bvox), Robert Jones (guitar/Bvox), and Mike Vick (drums/percussion). Electrics channel the shimmer of a late-70s underground scene, complete with an attitude and swagger that’s hard to replicate.

ABOUT THE HANWELL CAVERN™
In the past, many well know bands and musicians played gigs or rehearsed in various rooms at Hanwell Community Centre including The Who, Deep Purple, Procol Harum, Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, The Sweet, Manfred Mann, Gene Vincent, The Animals, Jerry Lee Lewis - and others! The historic Grade II listed building is also where Charlie Chaplin attended school as a child when it was the Central London District School aka Cuckoo Schools, and it is steeped in history.
Today, the vaulted basement of the centre gets transformed by volunteers from an empty walk way and delivery area, into an atmospheric, underground pop-up venue called The Hanwell Cavern™ where we host live music events about once a month. All events are not-for-profit, and are run by a small charity of volunteers called Hanwell Community Centre Consortium. Our regular live music events often feature local bands and musicians from Hanwell and the Borough of Ealing. Together we are trying to keep Hanwell's music heritage alive and kicking - come and join in!
We truly appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you to The Hanwell Cavern™.
Thanks
