Selda Koydemir, PhD
Selda is a London-based wellbeing practitioner working with individuals and organisations. She specialises in areas such as emotional wellbeing, happiness, quality of life, psychological flexibility, and emotional intelligence. She is passionate about helping people in business take care of their mental health and wellbeing. Selda provides consultancy to business leaders to help them thrive and succeed in both their professional and personal lives. As a trained Prosocial Facilitator, she provides consulting and training for business teams in order to help them work collaboratively and build a productive workplace culture. As a mental health practitioner, she is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy in the UK, and provides counselling services to adults. To date, she has held various research and teaching positions throughout Europe and the US and published several scientific articles and books. Her academic research focuses on the effect of personality on wellbeing, and predictors of happiness. At present, she is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bamberg in Germany, where she teaches classes at the Department of Psychology.
