Selda Koydemir, PhD

Selda is a London-based wellbeing practitioner working with individuals and organisations. She specialises in areas such as emotional wellbeing, happiness, quality of life, psychological flexibility, and emotional intelligence. She is passionate about helping people in business take care of their mental health and wellbeing in order to become more resilient in their professional and personal lives. Selda also provides consultancy to business leaders to help them thrive and succeed in both their professional and personal lives. As a trained Prosocial Facilitator, she provides consulting and training for business teams in order to help them work collaboratively and build a productive workplace culture, leading to business success for their companies. As a mental health practitioner, she is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy in the UK, and she provides counselling services to adults. At present, she is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bamberg in Germany, where she teaches classes at the Department of Psychology.
