Loving Kindness On-Line Morning Meditations
Developing kindness and a good intention towards others doesn’t always come naturally, we all need to work at it. For three mornings a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, resident teacher James will give some explanation and guide traditional Buddhist meditations for training in loving kindness.
People who regularly practice these meditations know that they bring huge benefit to our own life and others' lives. We will feel more at peace within ourself, more confident in all of our relationships and generally more positive about our life.
The meditations are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
