About this event

  • 6 hours 30 minutes

Live your Life workshops are for people affected by lymphoma. This workshop will help you to choose how you live with and beyond a lymphoma diagnosis. This workshop is especially for you if you are nearing the end of treatment or on active monitoring (watch and wait).

The workshops are lead by people with a lived experience of lymphoma in relaxed and informal way, giving you the opportunity to hear or share experiences, connect with others in a similar situation and find further local help and support.

Topics covered include:

  • What is lymphoma and the signs of relapse
  • Coping with the emotional aspects
  • Diet, exercise and healthy living after treatment
  • Signposting for more information and support

Workshops are not recorded so you must register to attend. An award winning workbook accompanies this workshop, free of charge. We will ask for your contact details to send the workbook to you and to check you have received the details for joining the workshop.

Please note that these workshops are only available to people living in the UK, aged 16 years or over. Should you register from outside the UK I'm afraid you won’t be granted access to the workshop.
