WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
An alternative way to start the weekend on a high! liveHAPPY is the name of our happiness workshop. It's designed to bring you a hige injection of positivity on a Friday night, and give you tips towardds developing your own, wholistic approach to happiness. Previous attendees have gone on to do everything from finding the confidence to finally apply for a degree, to removing themselves from toxic situations they've been stuck in for years.
The unique thing about liveHAPPY compared to other happiness workshops is that we don't give you the answers; instead, we bring a group of people on a similar path, and offer a safe space to share our collective knowledge and experiences, to help everyone reach their own happiness!
WHAT TO EXPECT?
During liveHAPPY, we'll offer you the chance to spend a couple of hours chatting with like-minded people, as you develop an understanding about what happiness means to you. We also help you formulate some strategies you can start to introduce into your life, to make it a happier one. We give you the tools to help you navigate your own path towards a more fulfilling and joyful existence.
WHAT'S THE FORMAT?
A mixture of discussion, self-awareness exercises, and then planning how you can introduce what you've learned, into your life.
During liveHAPPY, we'll question what happiness means to each of us, using a combination of group discussion and philosophical thinking. Then, we'll guide you through some exercises to help you get comfortable with your authentic self, which will allow you develop your own approach to living more happily. Finally, we'll give you the practical tools you need to take action! You'll leave feeling confident enough to build the things you've learned about yourself, into your future.

Are refreshments provided?
Coffee, teas and water are provided, as well as grown-up snacks. Arrive at 6.30pm to get settled and get a cuppa before we start.
Dinner is not provided to either have something before you arrive, or be prepared for a late dinner when we've finished!
