The UK's biggest and best gaming market heads to Liverpool on September 14th 2025 for the first time ever. The launch Liverpool Gaming Market will take place at Aintree Racecourse.

If you’ve yet to visit a Gaming Market they are collector style events that focus on buying and selling games, consoles, merchandise, artwork and so much more. Simply put, imagine a massive venue filled with nothing but video games and merchandise retailers and thousands of gamers, collectors and fellow geeks eager to find a bargain. Gaming Nirvana!
Whether you are after that hard to find import title, that game you loved when you were younger or the perfect gift for your bestie, you will want to be at this event!
- First door entry is available from 11:00, tickets cost £7.00 per person. Under 16's must purchase a ticket for this door.
- Second door entry is available from 12:00, tickets cost £5.00 per person. Under 16's must purchase a ticket for this door.
- Third door entry is available from 13:00, tickets cost £3.50 per person. Under 16's go free with a paying adult from this time. These tickets can be purchased on the door at the event.
Please note we will not be accepting any on the door cash sales until 13:00. Priority entry will go to those with pre-purchased tickets.
The market is more relaxed after 14:00 and we would anticipate there would be minimal queuing after this time. Please take this into consideration when planning your visit. Under 16s require a ticket for entry before 13:00. Under 5s do not require a ticket for this event. The event will close at 16:00.

Getting There
By Rail:
Merseyrail trains run between Liverpool Central and Aintree Station every 15 minutes. Aintree station is across the road from the racecourse, a less than 5 minute walk.
By Bus:

By Car:

- From Mersey Tunnels follow signs for Preston, then for A59, then signs for races.
The main entrance to the racecourse via Grand National Avenue is just off Ormskirk Road (A59). Please use this entrance for conference and events. For Sat Nav users, please enter the postcode L9 5AS.
Frequently asked questions
You are welcome to arrive before your ticket entry time as we know you’re keen to start buying, however we ask that you do not arrive too far in advance!
Yes. Doors will open at 11:00 for people who have bought advance tickets online. Second door entry will commence at 12:00 giving advance entry attendees a full hour before everyone else. Our priority at opening will be to get everyone through the doors as quickly as possible.
Yes. Everyone will get a wristband on entry to the venue which will allow re-entry at any time. Please be aware that during peak times we will be operating a one-in-one-out system and you may have to join a re-entry queue to get back in, priority will be given to anyone who already has a wristband.
Yes. Parking is free and there are 1800 spaces!
Yes, a carer/PA will be admitted free of charge with a paying disabled attendee. Please email us once you have purchased the ticket to arrange a free carer's pass.
Under 16s do not need to pay to enter when accompanied by a full paying adult after 13:00. If you wish to bring a child over 5 years of age for any other door, a ticket must also be purchased for each child attending. Under 5s are free at any time.
We are unable to offer refunds for pre-paid tickets, but you are welcome to give them to a friend or family member.
Photography and video is permitted, however we ask that you do not bring large cameras and equipment that will cause a trip hazard or disrupt others enjoyment of the show. We also ask that you ask permission before filming a vendor's stall.
Sorry but no dogs are permitted at this event.
You can't arrive earlier than your allotted time slot, however you can arrive any time afterwards until the show closes.

Most traders accept card payments however it is always best to bring a little bit of cash for those individual sellers who don't have card facilities.
