Fitness camps Avaliable to any fitness ability, and children are welcome!
LIVFitness camps have been running since the summer of 2016 and will continue its to run through the winter. LIVFitness is all about getting the community involved with outdoor fitness. The session include HIIT, circuits and core workouts. The sessions are aimed to work every part of the body, with different exercises that can be progressed to degressed to make the workout suitable to you.
LIVFitness Camps is run by Livi. Livi is a fully qualified personal trainer who has recently graduated from the university of Worcester with a sports degree. She has now dedicated her life to health and fitness and wants to help people with their own fitness goals. If you are looking for 1-1 personal training for just yourself or with a friend, she also provides this and has super flexible times so you can fit your sessions in when suits you. Fitness camps opening times are as followed:
Monday and Friday's 9:30am and 6:30pm
All fitness sessions are 45minutes long
Your first session is FREE and after that it is £5 per session
