Join us for this talk on desire, meaning of life and how loss can help gain a greater self awareness. Kapil Gupta, Director of TurnOn Britain, will take us on a journey and inspire us on how we might adhere to the famous saying "if you are not living life on the edge, you are taking up too much space". Be invited into a different way of understanding the world and how this might broaden your horizon and impact you to live life in a more meaningful way.
Kapil kick started an amazing business career following the death of his father, taking an MBA in Edinburgh, and working professionally in the techincal space. However, since the break-down of his long term relationship, another significant loss, his views on life, relationships, business and work shifted 180 degrees. Now a mentor, life coach and director of TurnOn Britain he says 'I believe that we live in a world that is very logical and rational. The biggest change for me has been to learn to cultivate my intuitive mind and do things in my life from that place - be it connecting to other people or running a business. I live my life from a deep sense of fulfilment, and I don't have that feeling that there must be more to life than just money, success and how other people want me to live my life’
Talk starts at 6pm, arrive a few minutes early. It will last around 30-40 minutes followed by 10-15 minutes Q&A.
