Living in the Moment – Training in Mindfulness of Impermanence
Sat 17th November | 10am – 1:30pm - A Special Event with Kadam Lucy James, Resident Teacher of KMC Colarado
People like to say we should live in the moment. But what does that actually mean? According to Buddha’s liberating teaching on subtle impermanence, the moment is all there really is! This profound insight cracks open our customary way of looking at our lives in the best possible way. Even a glimpse of subtle impermanence brings with it a letting go of our usual grasping at what we consider to be our problems and our limitations. It frees us to fully embrace every moment of our lives. Everyone is welcome!
About the Guest Teacher: As one of the most senior teachers of Kadampa Buddhism, Kadam Lucy has taught extensively in England, Florida, and San Francisco, and helped set up many thriving Buddhist meditation centres for the past 33 years.
