About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

This event is organised in collaboration with Leeds City Council and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

Join us for the next in our quarterly series of masterclasses designed for SME business owners and directors. This session will focus on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used to reduce waste, increase efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, reduce emissions and more.

AI may seem intimidating, but it’s not as complicated as it sounds. At this event we'll discuss how AI tools can help streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and create more sustainable business practices. Hear from local business owners about their experiences using AI to improve performance and boost their bottom line.

Learn how AI can be a game-changer for your business and why it’s not something to be scared of – it’s an opportunity to stay ahead.

Key takeaways:

  • Real-life insights from local SMEs on how AI has improved efficiency and reduced waste
  • Practical examples of using AI to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce emissions
  • Demystifying AI: why it’s not as scary as it seems and how it can benefit your business
  • Overview of support and advice available to help you integrate AI into your business

Speakers TBC.
