Description

Living Life to the Full is a four week programme that will help to make a positive difference to your life. You will learn how to sort out your feelings when you feel low, worried or hopeless and learn skills that help you tackle the problems in your life.

Each week we will look at the way your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical wellbeing can impact on your mood.

You will learn:

  • how to spot negative thoughts and understand how you can begin to replace them with more positive and realistic perspectives
  • how small changes to your daily routine can produce big results so that you begin to feel more energetic and motivated
  • how to create a simple fool proof plan that will help you do more of the things you enjoy and less of the things that can bring you down

Living Life to the Full works on the premise that tackling the small stuff can help you better manage the bigger stuff. By going back to basics and caring for your whole self, both physically and emotionally, you will experience a positive difference in all areas of your life and studies.
