Accessibility information

We are aiming to make the Walking Summit accessible to all; see below for details. If you would like to let us know about any access needs you have, there is an option on the booking form. You can also contact us on campaigns@livingstreets.org.uk with any queries or suggestions.

The venue is around 15 minutes’ walk from Sheffield railway station. Living Streets will be organising a guided walk to the venue in the morning, departing the station at 09.45. Meet at the 'Information' sign outside the station concourse on Sheaf Square

There is parking available at the venue. You will need to register your vehicle on arrival to avoid a fine. Sat nav users should use S1 2AU or Victoria Station Road to reach the hotel

There are five steps at the front entrance of the venue. A step-free route is available and will be clearly signposted. Inside the venue all events will be on the ground floor and there is level access throughout

There are several toilets available for attendees including an accessible toilet by the hotel reception

The event will have live captioning both in the venue and online
