Living Well, Caring Well, Ending Well: Creating a culture of compassionate living and dying in our communities.

‘End well’. This meeting is to invite Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector colleagues to build skills, share experiences, ideas, and good practice towards creating a culture of compassionate living and dying in our communities, through the activities, services and support we can provide for people with advancing ill health and those close to them.

This conference will bring together representatives from the Community Hub Network, NHS community leads, and VCSE colleagues who have interest in, and experience in delivering palliative and/or end of life services across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

We encourage representation from a broad range of VCSE organisations across Cornwall.

Arrival time is 9.30am for refreshments and an event start time of 10am. Agenda to follow.
