Join us for a welcoming and informative evening focused on living well with arthritis. We’ll explore how movement and strength can support your joints and day-to-day life, with clear, evidence-based advice you can trust.

As part of the session, there will be a small practical element where you’ll have the chance to take simple, objective strength markers. This is a great way to get a clearer picture of your own abilities and track progress over time.

Arthritis and changes in our joints can affect us all — sometimes without us even realising it. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms, supporting a loved one, or simply interested in learning more about joint health, this free event offers helpful tips, reassurance, and a supportive space to find out more.
