I’m Zeenat, The Clarity Coach I Co-founder and Director of the Let's Talk Better Campaign. I’m fascinated by how the mind influences how we think, feel, and behave. Understanding ourselves, our identity, belief systems, and values is the first step to personal growth and fulfilment.

Coaching Children & Young People

Life is full of ups and downs, and managing adversity is a crucial skill. This starts with educating ourselves, building self-awareness, and equipping ourselves with tools and strategies. Acquiring these from an early age provides a huge benefit, especially as more young people than ever are experiencing mental health difficulties. This is compounded by the lack of outside resources to address these challenges, affecting every area of their lives, including home, school, friendships, and relationships.

As an ex-primary teacher, I’ve seen the immense challenges young people face today. I help address these by delivering 1-2-1 / small group coaching sessions and workshops, helping children develop a growth mindset, confidence, and essential life tools for their journey to independence.

I tackle common concerns such as stress, anxiety, peer pressure, bullying, fear of failure, exam pressures, friendship disputes, self-worth, confidence issues, resilience, identity, divorce, traumatic events, uncertainty, body image, and social media pressures. I use specialised techniques to help young people understand themselves better and face their challenges, leading to clarity and a stronger mindset that fosters confidence and improves focus.

Communication and language are key aspects of my work. I evaluate different meanings through an interactive and engaging process and their impact on relationships and outcomes.

Coaching Teachers & Leadership

I support staff in the educational sector by providing 1-2-1 / group coaching, training, and workshops to address the daily challenges teachers face. My techniques are rooted in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and I focus predominantly on stress, time, leadership management, confidence, and conflict resolution while fostering a mindset that leads to development and growth.

From my experiences and those of my clients, the relief from self-limiting beliefs, the joy of gaining a new perspective, and the improvement in self-awareness are measurable. Clients describe a euphoric sense of release after feeling burdened for too long. Once they make that shift, their lives become more fulfilled.

Let’s take the first step to giving your child all the tools they need to navigate this world.

And how about you? Are you ready and willing to invest in yourself?
