Living Well with MS in Somerset

An event to help promote and publicise the services and support that are available locally for those affected by MS in Somerset. The focus will be on social/emotional support services both locally, nationally and regionally. Alongside support to be physically active and showcasing the Somerset Cit A Advice Partnership the three groups have. Market stalls with other organisations offering support.
