About this event

Experiencing and receiving a diagnosis of Bipolar can be a huge turning point in anyone’s life. This course aims to provide people living with bipolar, their families and those around them with education and practical tips on self-management while acknowledging the challenges within this diagnosis.

This course is co-produced and delivered by an expert by training and an expert through their own personal experience of the diagnosis, giving students a balanced view of what it is really like to live with and manage a diagnosis of bipolar.

You are invited to join our courses if you live in Northamptonshire and access Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust services. You need to be over 18, a current or previous service user, a family member, friend, carer, one of our partner organisations, or NHFT staff.

Our courses are produced and presented by a health professional and someone who has personally experienced their own health issues.
