Intro

Living with dry mouth can be uncomfortable — and invisible to others.These workshops give you a chance to explore and express your experience in creative, hands-on ways, while connecting with others who understand.

What We’re Offering

Photography Workshop – Capturing the Invisible

Work in pairs to create powerful images that show what dryness, relief, and coping look like to you.No photography skills needed — just your imagination.

Collage Workshop – Piecing It Together

Use textures, colours, and shapes to build a visual story of your dry mouth journey.Bring your experiences to life on paper.

Lab visits - seeing research in action

A tour of the research labs at the Guy's based Centre for Craniofacial and Regenerative Biology.

See how clinical problems are being investigated!

You’ll Gain

  • A new way to tell your story — through images, textures, and symbols.

  • Creative confidence — no “art skills” required.

Practical Details

  • Duration: 10am-3pm (Photography workshop 10-12pm, Collage workshop and tour 1- 3pm, lunch provided for those attending both workshops)
  • Format: Pair-based, with group sharing
  • Who’s it for? Anyone living with dry mouth, regardless of art or photography experience.
  • We provide: All materials, a supportive space, and refreshments.
