So, what is your relationship with food... any way?

Join Life Coach Giovanna Gomersbach and Nutritional Therapist Joyce Bergsma as they talk about the connection between the body, the mind and environment. This event will take place in De Mooije Benjamin in Haarlem and it will nclude a 45minute open dialogue on how we think about Food. We will explore our MINDSET, how we got there and why we think this way. This meeting is designed to challenge you to look at the way you think about Food personally.

*The cost includes a healthy snack and handouts on the evening! You will receive in the handout specific ideas on how to change your thinking and food habits.

**At the event you can sign up for one of our UPCOMING WORKSHOPS and receive an earlybird discount!

We ask basic questions like: What is your relationship with Food? Would you like to know what Food does for your state of mind? For your MOOD? Your MENTAL HEALTH? Your ENERGY levels?

Do you want to know more about what is healthy for your DIGESTION, for your SKIN, for a normal balanced WEIGHT?

Do you have questions about how your FOOD HABITS can contribute to SUSTAINABILITY? How you can develop your consciousness or how to make your daily life more enjoyable?

Then come to this seminar and discover how you think about Food and learn about how the BODYMIND is interrelated. Come to understand how this connection affects your health and WELLBEING and also how what you eat affects the way you think.

Tuesday 19 June, 19.00-21.00 (The Hub, Amsterdam)

Giovanna Gomersbach

Love for life, for quality and for the beauty of (edible) nature, expresses itself through how I live with food an physical consciousness. I have come to understand that my mission runs like a red thread through my life... achieving and spreading the art of quality living. My personal development followed the trail of taste, experiencing my senses and reflecting on psychological and philosophical implications. I became more and more aware of our timespirit and now everything has integrated together for me. This lifestyle has led to a vital and ecological consciousness, which I enjoy fully and wish to share with other people.

Giovanna has worked with quality food in various ways. She also studied Integral Human Sciences at The SPSO-AIM in Utrecht. Contact Giovanna at or Coaching & Counselling and at for Quality Food Consultancy.

Joyce Bergsma

Being healthy is not just about warding off disease, but about waking up each day with energy, feeling happy and experiencing life to its fullest. So many of us don't feel this way and in fact find we are unable to cope with the stresses in life, have digestive problems, weight problems, skin problems, high blood pressure and other chronic diseases. Not only through study and research, but also through observation in clinic and my life, do I realise most of us have lost our way in our relationship to food and our environment. How we feel each day is directly and indirectly influenced by our food. We need to embrace food, and life, to find our way back to optimum health and happiness.

Joyce has been trained in the UK as a Nutritional Therapist and is registered with MBOG in the Netherlands and BANT and the CNHC in the UK. She works under her company name EatLiveLovefood and sees clients both in Amsterdam and London. For more information or to book a nutritional therapy appointment go to
