Event description
Our wellbeing walks will be led by Sport Liverpool's fitness team twice a week and everyone is welcome to come along to the sessions!

About this event

Join us on Mondays & Wednedays at 1:00pm outside the Sports & Fitness Centre where the fitness team will be waiting to meet you for your 30 minute walk! 🚶‍♀️ ⁣⁣⁣

Walking is one of the easiest ways to become healthier, lose weight, increase activity levels and get your daily dose of Vitamin D! There are many more benefits including increasing your heart health, reducing stress & anxiety & building stamina!⁣ ❤️⁣⁣

Everyone is welcome, no membership is required and you can register on the day if needed.
