The aim of the Llanelli Rugby Business Network is to promote and enhance business in Wales, particularly within South West Wales. During the meetings all attendees will be provided with the opportunity of introducing their business, the services they provide and the type of leads and introductions they are seeking, plus there will be ample opportunity for informal open networking in a friendly, informal and welcoming environment. There is also a guest speaker at all our events who’s talk is either business focussed or associated with Rugby Union.
Our guest speaker at the event will be Catryn Grundy, Programme Director, School of Hard Knocks Cymru (SoHK).
SoHK for Schools is the latest initiative to be launched in in Welsh schools, it aims to support pupils at risk of exclusion, to remain in mainstream education using the same rugby and psychological principles that have brought so much success to their adult programmes. Catryn will provide us with an up-date of their work in Wales and how Welsh Businesses can support and benefit from becoming involved in the initiate.
There will be a small charge of £10 for attending (which will include the cost of light refreshments), which is payable on the night. It is important that you register your interest prior to the event so that adequate refreshments can be provided. Members of other networking groups are welcome to join us at our events for which there are no annual membership fees involved.
We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday 8th November. Registration is between 5.30 - 6.00 (6.00 p.m. start), for what again will hopefully prove to be a productive Networking event.
