What is being discussed?
At our next LMF Market Roundtable Breakfast on 3rd September, we’ll openly discuss and explore how organisations in the Delegated Authority space can grow faster by simplifying the way they work and making smarter use of technology. We live in fast moving times and the DA market is at an interesting stage in its own development.
Delegated Authority is a competitive market, as we all know, with many slow and clunky processes that can really hold people back. During this “limited attendance” 120 minute roundtable breakfast, we'll explore how improving these processes can not only make teams more efficient, but also help attract great talent and build a stronger sense of community across the DA space. With insightful contributions from Risk Ledger, we’ll also explore how better collaboration and having access to more up-to-date, reliable information from cover holders — can give everyone more confidence in the decisions they’re making day to day.
As the DA Market continues to expand year-on-year (by 20%), we’ll explore how data, technology, and organisational design must evolve to meet the demands of this growth, without succumbing to hype-driven distractions.
With the help of our friends from VIPR Solutions, one of the most well known and trusted names in the DA community, we’ll discuss what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next in the DA Market. We’ll also examine the operational mechanisms behind how data is collected and distributed across the delegated supply chain, and challenge whether existing departmental structures and processes are genuinely fit for purpose - or falling short of what’s needed to scale effectively. The aim of the session is to contrast the real-world operational landscape with the aspirational ‘Wishlist’ of DA management - and help organisations find a pragmatic path forward.
Who can attend?
ALL LMF market events are free for and restricted to insurance practitioners only. To attend, you’ll need be work for a carrier, broker, MGA, MA, Coverholder or EC3 Market Trade Association.
