Local Area Partnership - Stakeholder event (Daventry)

Stakeholder engagement event is to:

· Update partners on LAP developments.

· Review and define local priorities for each Local area partnership area.

Place Operating Model Review –

We’ve recently reviewed how the Place Operating Model is working across the Local Area Partnerships and Well Northants, with a focus on making sure resources are used wisely and efforts are better joined up. The goal is to build a stronger, more collaborative way of working that supports communities more effectively.

This model is designed to:

· Strengthen collaboration across council services, VCSE organisations, health, police, and other local partners to better respond to what communities need.

· Align efforts with the Live Your Best Life ambitions, ensuring all partners are working in the same direction.

· Tailor services to the specific needs of communities, using prevention, integration, and asset-based approaches.

· Improve outcomes in health and wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and promote community-driven solutions.

· Measure impact clearly, enabling us to track progress and demonstrate the difference we’re making together.

· Use resources smarter, ensuring support reaches the people and places that need it most.

This refreshed approach is about working together in a more joined-up, flexible, and outcomes-focused way – with local strengths and partnerships at the heart of it.

Five LAPs will now cover West Northamptonshire (down from nine), aligning with the NHS’s 10-Year Plan for five integrated health neighbourhoods.
