Local Green Infrastructure Study Day - London
Event Information
Description
Following the popularity of the Green Infrastructure breakfast seminars held across the UK, WRAP and the Landscape Institute will be holding a new series of study days, and the London event will be the third in the series. These events will focus on the Landscape Institute's recent Local Green Infrastructure campaign and include a site visit to the Eastern Curve, a case study featured in the publication.
Green infrastructure is a critical approach to landscape management, design and planning. As part of the Landscape Institute's dissemination of its work in this area, the LI and WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme) are delighted to invite you to attend an event which looks at how this approach has been developed at a policy level and how it is being implemented locally.
This study day is sponsored by WRAP, the government funded agency which helps individuals, businesses and local authorities to reduce waste and recycle more, making better use of recources and helping to tackle climate change. Places are restricted so register as soon as possible.
