For owners, directors, and senior operators of small to mid-sized local businesses who value candid conversation and practical next steps.

A small group having an honest conversation about the budget changes AI and other issues and what they could actually mean for us here on the ground. As a business owner in Cromer, you may be wondering, how will these issues impact my business and those of my compatriots here in Cromer?

Gathering round and comparing notes is going to be one way we're each going to be a little stronger going through the end of 2025 and starting the quarter of 2026. On that basis, I'm hosting a round table with other local business owners to talk through what we're actually seeing versus what maybe the media is selling us. No presentations, no selling, just candid conversations about what’s happening for each of us right now and a sharing of thoughts and ideas.
