Local Minds - Maximising our collective income

We will hear from 4 local Minds on different ways of earning income, through increased trading activity (café / bookshop), new fundraising models and corporate partnerships.

We will examine detailed case studies from the federation, talking directly to local Minds who have established new income streams and diversified their income. We will also hear how local Minds can collaborate on joint funding bids and how national Mind can provide support developing corporate relationships.
