Arriving by public transport

Rode Hoed is best accessible by public transport, bicycle or on foot. The venue is approximately a 15 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Public transport offers various options: Tramlijn 2, 11, 12 Amsterdam Central Station, Tramlijn 13 or 17 Amsterdam Central Station.

Arriving by car

There are several parking garages in the center of Amsterdam. We strongly recommend that you order a parking ticket in advance via the Q-park website so that you are sure of a parking space. Q-park Nieuwendijk is a 7-minute walk from Rode Hoed and you can order a parking ticket online.

Accessibility

Rode Hoed's Oosterhuiszaal (main hall), where this event is held, is accessible for wheelchair users. There are also facilities for the hearing impaired. A loop system ensures that the hearing impaired can hear the sound of the hall with their hearing aid without being bothered by ambient noise.

Photographer and videographer will be present to capture the event for promotional use by Mercy Corps, including social media channels. If you have any concerns or prefer not to be photographed, please just let us know in advance or on the evening if you prefer.
