Join us for an evening of local short films, song, and community spirit – celebrating voices of resistance, local activism, and solidarity.

Join us for PART 2 of our LOCAL RESISTANCE FILM PROGRAMME.

Join us for food, 3 short films, followed with some poetry. In the second of four special events, we celebrate local activism, community spirit and solidarity through powerful stories and poetry.

This is a free event, curated by the NEA Film Group with Project Esperanza for Local Cinema Network's programme "LOCAL RESISTANCE" , which includes events in Wester Hailes, Craigmillar and Leith, September - December 2025.

NB: these events are part of Art For Grown Ups' wider, Creative Resistance Project in collaboration with National Galleries of Scotland and Royston Wardieburn Arts & Culture Group.
