This third meetup will be to continue to work together and support each other in building digital services using the Local Government Digital Service Standard (LGDSS).
We're delighted to welcome Sanjay Poyzner, Service Designer at the Government Digital Service, to talk to us about service patterns in Local Government
We'll also be discussing:
- How digital service standards are improving services for citizens
- Implementing the LGDSS in your organisation
- "Bring a Problem" to use the collected expertise in the room to help solve an issue you have
- "Show and Tell” to bring projects you have in progress along for feedback and ideas of how to take them forward
If you have any suggestions for topics you would like to be covered or possible speakers for the event, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration. The full agenda will be shared once suggestions have been collated.
If you would like to see what was discussed at the last event, here are the event's notes.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Please note: This meeting is for council staff who are involved in creating and delivering digital services. If you are a supplier who would like to be involved in future events and can help councils meet their digital objectives, please contact email@example.com with your suggestions.
