In light of forecasted high winds this weekend, we have had to make the very difficult decision today to postpone Springfest until the 18th and 19th May.
Safety of all those involved in the festival and our festival attendees is our priority and, with gusts of up to 50-60 mph forecast, we simply cannot host the festival safely.
The good news is that we've now rescheduled for the 18th and 19th May and hope that everyone gets to experience this popular festival with the sun shining and only a gentle breeze!
It's the first time we've had to cancel the festival due to weather so please bear with us while we work hard to cause minimal inconvenience to all those who play a role in making this festival one of the biggest food & drink festivals in Scotland.
For those who have booked tickets for the Loch Lomond Whiskies or Ben Lomond Gin tastings, or our foraging workshop, we'll be in touch via Eventbrite to offer rebooking for the new dates or a full refund.
To our vendors, scheduled to attend, we very much looking forward to welcoming you on the 18th and 19th May. For those attendees looking forward to visiting this weekend, we hope you'll come along and support the festival on its new dates. And, to everyone, we hope you stay safe this weekend in light of the horrible weather forecast!

EVENT DETAILS:
After our hugely successful Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival 2023 last September, one of Scotland’s biggest food festivals, our Springfest Festival will return this MAY!
We will be back on the 18th & 19th May with another fantastic lineup of food and drink producers, live entertainment, whisky tastings, chef demonstrations, cooking masterclasses, kids’ activities and much, much more. With a great lineup of talent and tempting food and drink from both local producers and from across the UK, this year’s festival at Loch Lomond Shores is shaping up to be another cracking weekend!
Running from 10am to 5pm each day the festival is full of great things to see and do that will keep you busy all day. Watch top chefs cook some of their favourite recipes, enjoy a line-up of fun and exciting entertainment around the site, while enjoying some top class street food as you wander round, soaking up the atmosphere.
With over 80 food and drink producers featuring everything from hot food to luxury packaged produce, festival-goers can enjoy great quality food on the day and take home some tempting treats to enjoy at home.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a FREE EVENT, and tickets are not essential to attend - this is just a free registration to allow us to gauge the numbers attending.

Wild Food Foraging with Wander and Wonder
Join us for an hour of Food Foraging during Loch Lomond Springfest Food & Drink Festival 2024 this April as we explore wild foods available on the landscape, discuss their identifying features and toxic lookalikes, and learn about their edible and medicinal properties.
