● About the Tour
No visit to Scotland is complete without a journey to incredibly beautiful Loch Ness and Inverness. This is a truly Scottish adventure through Great Glen and Rannoch Moor to discover the majestic Scottish Highlands as we uncover the mystery of the Loch Ness Monster, Nessie! We will travel northwest towards Loch Ness, the most famous in the world and the most visited loch in the Highlands. As we journey along the full length of Great Glen and Loch Ness we will visit the historic village of Fort Augustus on the south shores of Loch Ness. We will have plenty of time to enjoy beautiful walks with majestic and panoramic views, the romantic and historic Urquhart Castle, the Caledonian Canal and a chance to see the Highland Coos. This tour also includes visiting Inverness, the most northerly city in the UK and we will have free time to visit this charming city and its historic attractions such as Inverness Castle, St Andrews Cathedral, historic bridges, churches, shops, lovely walks alongs River Ness and more.
