How do you collect equalities data from your participants and what do you do with it?

Join us for our second Swap Shop of 2021, focussing on collecting equalities information from your groups. Our Swap Shops are spaces for the youth theatre sector to come together (online) to ask questions and share practice - what works and what doesn't - so that we can start to get down to the nitty gritty of what working with young people in our current context actually means.

We will be joined by a variety of YTAS members to discuss and share methods of collecting EDI data in a meaningful and ethical way.
