• Support your family member in developing strategies to achieve and maintain good mental health.

This session is free. It is for parents, carers as well as the siblings or young carers who care for autistic people (no diagnosis required) living in London, you must be registered in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I join if I live outside the Midlands?

This workshop is funded for London based parents, carers and PA's only. Autism Central is delivered by regional hubs across England and so you may find your local hub is running the same workshop, alongside others. Find your local hub: autismcentral.org.uk/find-help

How do I get in touch if I have accessibility requirements?

You can add your accessibility requirements on your booking form. There is a specific question which asks about any accessibility requirements needed.

I cannot join this workshop, will you be running it again?

We hold online workshops regularly and schedule repeat workshops for later dates, as we appreciate you may not be available for this workshop.

My child or adult does not have a diagnosis yet, can I join the workshop?

Autism Central supports parents, carers and PA's of autistic people, no matter where they are on their journey. The workshops may support individuals who are new to autism and those who have a diagnosis and seeking more support and signposting.

Who facilitates the workshops?

Autism Central has been devised as a Peer Education Programme, which means co-production is at the centre of the project. Our Peer Educators facilitate the workshops who are people with lived experience of autism. They may be autistic and/or a parent, carer or sibling.
