To become MindSonar® Professional

You need to attend 4 days training preceded by webinars, e-learning sessions and culminating in examination and certification.

During this training, you will acquire precise psychological knowledge and wisdom about human beings to be able to use the measurement accurately.

Why MindSonar®?

MindSonar is a method of measuring an individual’s thinking, actions, and behaviour and value system.

It is the first psychological measurement that is context specific, that is, you can measure thinking styles in many different situations.

We all know people think and behave differently, i.e. they present different thinking styles when they are at work and when they are at home or chatting with close friends.

Business owners, business consultants, coaches, trainers and HR professionals who want a granular measurement and insight into human beings thinking and behaviour use MindSonar.

The measurement avoids putting people into boxes and through our expertise, we help people and organisations to step beyond the box, overcome limitations and improve performance.

How does MindSonar work and helps organisations?

  • First we determine the context that is to be measured

  • Then we formulate a question the participant or organisation wants answering

  • We invite the participant(s) to complete the online measurement

  • The system generates a report on the values and thinking styles of the respondent.

  • A MindSonar professional sends the report to the participant(s), delivers feedback.

  • During feedback, strengths and areas for development are identified, and change work takes place.
