What is systems change and why is it important? What does systems change look like in practice? Learning from the Cornerstone Fund.

Metro Gavs will present the London VCSE Health & Wellbeing Transformation Project a project whose purpose is to improve co-production of health and wellbeing services through more effective citizen and and communities engagement in commissioning, resulting in better services and outcomes for citizens. This project is funded through the City Bridge Trust Cornerstone Programme.

HEAR Human Rights and Equalities Network will present their experiences of participating in the Cornerstone Fund Initiative (next round of funding will be announced in 2020).
