It’s been an exciting year for London Community Land Trust!
Our first ever residents moved into St Clement’s, we are working towards a planning application on our second site, Brasted Close, and we’ve got active campaigns identifying further sites in Redbridge, Croydon, Southwark, Lambeth and on the Olympic Park.
But, we’re not there yet.
London needs communities across the city to fight for permanently affordable homes, so that people can stay in the neighbourhoods they call home.
