Each session will begin with an hour of discussion centred around a topic, followed by half an hour of informal conversation with coffee and pastries—an opportunity to get to know each other and continue the conversation in a relaxed, friendly setting.

Annie Rawson

Annie is currently pursuing her PhD in neuroscience, where she is researching memory. She recently completed training in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), focusing on mindfulness and compassion practices. Annie enjoys exploring the intersection of science and spiritual practice.

Charlie Prem Das Kelly

Charlie studied consciousness, spirituality, and transpersonal psychology for his MSc and has taught yoga philosophy for over 12 years. He also explored aspects of consciousness through hypnosis and other consciousness-altering tools for over two decades.
