What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy Our tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.

Is there priority seating available for deaf and disabled attendees?

Yes, seating will be prioritised for disabled attendees at the front. Deaf attendees will be seated in clear view of interpreters.

Is the event wheelchair accessible

Yes. The outside viewing area is flat with no stairs. If it rains, we will move inside where there is a lift to access the fashion show.

Is the event accessible to both d/Deaf and hearing?

Yes. There will be a BSL interpreter throughout the event and all information will be communicated in both spoken English and BSL.
