Judith Scott

Judith has 18 years of experience as a professional Family Mediator working in both in the private and not-for-profit sectors.  She offers family mediation on all issues and is qualified and experienced in working directly with children in order to understand their views and contribute them to the mediation process. She is licensed by the Legal Services Commission to offer Family Mediation to Legal Aid clients.  She is qualified to deliver the Separated Parenting Information Programme.

A former Family Mediator, Supervisor and Manager at the Institute for Family Therapy in London, Judith is also a family mediation Professional Practice Consultant, supervising Family Mediators in a number of services, and advising legal firms and other mediation service providers on best practice and meeting quality standards. Judith is a member of National Family Mediation, the Family Mediators Association and Resolution.

Judith holds a Masters Degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Birkbeck College, University of London, and originally trained as a Social Worker.

Frances Sieber

I qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and have worked throughout my career in family law, first in the West End of London and then as head of family law with City of London firm Pritchard Englefield, and then Thomas Eggar, before moving to Spring Law, Covent Garden, London in 2014.

I act for men, women, married, same sex and cohabitants and in child cases, for those facing family problems, and at the end of the marriage or relationship. Equally happy advising those within marriage or  cohabitants.

I am accredited by the Law Society Advanced Family panel as a family lawyer.

I trained as a collaborative lawyer and am a founder member of City of London Collaborative lawyers, a group of collaborative lawyers with a connection with the City of London whose aim is to approach divorce working with other disciplines constructively to minimise conflict on divorce and support the parties through the process.
