This session will provide a high level run through of public sector procurement regulations and explain how to use our annual procurement forward plan to ensure you are aware of upcoming procurements. The session closes with an overview of training opportunities designed to help you prepare tenders, support collaboration and develop of consortia.

3pm: How to build and motivate a team
Learn about the best practices on hiring and onboarding new team members, developing a successful business culture and retaining key staff

Jebtha Kapirial will present on the subject of managing your business finance, covering tax tips that all small business owners and entrepreneurs should know when running a business as well as some of the best practices for finance that will save you time and money.

12pm: How to become a productivity badass using the 888 Formula
In this session, Abigail Barnes will show you how to understand your relationship with time, prioritise your to-do list for results and use the 888 Formula to avoid entrepreneur burnout and become more productive. You'll learn how to reinvent your relationship with time, maximise your time with the traffic light formula and use the 888 Formula to create a better work-life balance.

1pm: Lunch

2pm: How to grow your business through PR
Small and growing businesses understand the need to get their brands recognised not just in social media, but also print media, as well as radio and TV. This session will tell you how to do just that, but without the need for expensive agencies

2:30pm: How to build a community on social media
Caroline Summers, She Means Business trainer, will cover why and how you should be connecting with your community on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
