DISCLAIMER:

Links for online events will be sent by 12 noon on the day of the performance. In the event that you do not receive your link please check your spam and junk folders to ensure they are not there, then email info@identityschoolofacting.com marking your email ‘URGENT: Eventbrite online performance’.

Tickets for in-person events will be sent to you at two hours ahead of a performance, depending on when you book.

If you have not received your link or tickets, you must contact the school in writing at info@identityschoolofacting.com at least one hour before the performance is due to take place.

REFUNDS:

You will not be entitled to a refund if:

• You do not contact the school at least one hour before an online or in-person performance you are attending is due to take place.

• You do not have evidence of contact with the school.

• The school can prove that your email address is correct and the email with the performance link or your tickets, was sent to you and did not bounce back undelivered.

What happens if we have to cancel or postpone an event

If the event is cancelled or postponed, due to circumstances beyond our control then tickets will be reassigned to the new event date/location. In this case, ticket holders are not eligible for a refund.

Be on time

Please allow plenty of time for your journey (or setting up your internet for online events.) Arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance. Latecomers may not be admitted. No refunds will be given for non-admittance due to lateness.
