For an exclusive period, Events in the Sky will operate a 12 day pop-up restaurant in London. Open to the public, this event will see some of London's best restaurants transfer their menus and dining experiences to our unique sky table, suspended 100 feet in the air. The table seats 22 guests, with guest chefs and waiting team serving from the pop-up kitchen in the centre of the table whilst in the sky. Guests are securely fastened into their seats before the table is raised to the dining height of 100 feet and their gourmet experience begins. It’s truly a gastronomic experience like no other!
Club Gascon is a French restaurant first opened in 1998. Chef Patron Pascal Aussignac aims to take diners on a discovery of South West France. Taking inspiration from the regions’ classics, Club Gascon offers a menu of smaller-plates encouraging a serendipitous approach to dining.
Club Gascon was awarded a Michelin Star in 2002 that it has retained every year since. In 2007 the restaurant was awarded the ultimate peer group accolade of ‘Restaurant of the Year’ by The Caterer Magazine and in 2013 Pascal was awarded ‘Restaurant Chef of the Year’ at the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards.
