RSA 'Learning for Life' Workshop, London
Wednesday 23 November 2016, from 5 - 7pm
HM Treasury, Unit 1, Horse Guards Road, London SW1A 2HQ
Policy Lab, a creative space in the heart of UK government, and the Government Office for Science are hosting a workshop aimed at supporting students focusing on the Learning for Life RSA Student Design Awards Brief. At the workshop students will have the chance to explore previous research into lifelong learning, learn more about how government works and find out about the policy levers they may want to consider in their design processes. The sessions will be facilitated by designers and policy makers from Policy Lab and GO-Science, in collaboration with the RSA Design team.
Places are limited to students working on the Learning for Life brief and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are required to provide your own transport to and from the venue (regrettably we are unable to pay transport costs).
Hope to see lots of you there!

When & Where
RSA Student Design Awards
The RSA Student Design Awards (SDA) is the world’s longest standing, most pioneering design curriculum and competition for university students and new graduates, having run for over 90 years.
Each year we issue project briefs that challenge emerging designers to tackle social, environmental and economic issues through design thinking.
We work closely with industry partners to develop the briefs, we help colleges and universities embed them in their curricula, and we support participants through workshops and mentoring.
Award winners receive practical and financial support to launch their careers - including paid industry placements, mentoring from industry experts and connections to the RSA's global network of 27,000 Fellows.
